If your furnace quits at 2:00 a.m., we are just a phone call away!

Our service technicians are on call – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Simply give us a call, and you will be directly connected to one of them. They will then help you identify whether it is an easy fix over the phone, or if it requires an emergency visit.

In some circumstances, your emergency may not coincide with our regular operating hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). If this is the case, the visit will be subject to overtime rates. It is therefore very important that you and the technician identify the urgency of the situation during your phone call.

During an after hours service call, our technicians will get you up and running in the timeliest manner possible. This may mean that, depending on the severity of the issue, a follow-up visit during regular hours may be required as a more permanent solution and will be subject to regular rates.
